My stay at the hotel was delightful. The rooms were large, quiet, and a perfect blend of modern amenities with a homage to the historic architecture of Toledo. While not a 4-star experience, the peaceful atmosphere made it perfect for a relaxing getaway. The service was excellent overall, although it could have been more welcoming with more guidance and recommendations. The location was fantastic, being within walking distance to the main square, cathedral, and right next to the El Greco Museum. The dining experience was nice and straightforward, though improvements could be made in the selection of hot food. The facilities were satisfactory, offering all necessary services. Overall, a pleasant stay with some room for enhancement in certain areas.
